1 day Voice Liberation – English Workshop

Sunday 9th of June- Theme: Letting go of ’the urge to perform ‘

This workshop is about showing yourself, taking up space and letting yourself be heard by others. We inevitably come into contact with the parts of us that do not want to be seen, or would rather hide. But we heardly show this to others. We stay big and confident, and start ‘performing’.
By staying present with these parts, welcoming them, and consciously choosing we’re your attention goes, more authentic voice can be released. A voice that wants to sing freely and effortlessly, that wants to share it’s uniqueness. It is really powerful to experience this in a group, together with others, in contact.

Session is from 13.30 to 17.30.
Costs: 60 euro.
